It is anonymous in that way that you can choose whatever name on the card and the bank will never send the card to you directly, therefore you are never connected to the card therefore it is completely anonymous and can be used for all kinds of activies that require quick withdrawals of high sums... this is a great way for some people like people who mix their bitcoins and want to withdraw them quickly if they have an high value, instead of having to wait and withdraw each day maybe 200 eur or something then you can deposit 10.000 USD and then withdraw it all in 2 days and then dispose of the card or use it later on if you want to...

The card is first sent to me and then i send it to the customer so the customers address is never reveled and the customer name is never either.
I personally then send the card from my drop site, so it is totally anonymous to the bank and to the world, the only person who will have any details is me, and i delete the data every day to where i send the cards so basicly i have no data either and it is impossible for me to remember where i send all the cards i am selling.

You also have online banking with a random generated user + pass so that you never have to register on the bank's site or anything with your email or such.
the best to keep anonimity high is to connect to the bank using a VPN service or TOR and then your ip can never be traced so that you are completely anonymous aswell there
you can deposit to the card easily and anonymous.

Now if you are very paranoid about security i recommend getting truecrypt to your pc and encrypting the system hard drive since it is hard to crack it
use a double encryption key and save the recovery key to an external usb that is also encrypted or not, you can also just hide the usb key somewhere not near the computer.
