Unclear on what exactly "offline" wallet means for bagholding. The offline part infers that the wallet is not open and/or staking. If this is not the case some clarification or rewording might be helpful.

The idea of bagholding is to hold coins in the wallet on your computer.
On the website:
'As a QiBuck bagholder, you can apply for this membership privilege at no cost to you as long as you have 100 QBK or more staking in your offline wallet at the time of our monthly audit. Reminders about the monthly audits will be posted a week in advance to give all QiBuck Bagholders time to transfer their QBK off of the exchanges.'
Coins will need to be online and staking.I will ask Qiwoman to make the necessary changes,as offline wallet doesn't sound right.
