The original website and offer is a bit different and there are several reasons it was done like this.

1) I can't share the URL publicly for some good reasons so aside from a few that know the URL it was based on trust. These projects will have no such restrictions.

2) 100% of revenue from the original website currently goes to partners. There are no earnings to put towards something else.

3) If at any time the plan was to build unlimited adult oriented businesses the cost per % of interest would have been way higher and many less units would have been offered so that funds could be put together to get each project off the ground.

Not sure how familiar you are but I didn't take a dime from partners starting many months ago. 18,500 units were claimed, the rest were assigned to someone that helped with a lot of the admin work and management on contract. Since that time that person has decided to work on this full time with me and in exchange those units were returned and compensation was handled in another manner. Even though I had those units back I didn't push for anyone to claim them and instead shared the income they were owed with current partners. I didn't want to privately tell someone what we were doing long term because it wouldn't have been fair to everyone else without that inside information. Now it's public, they are offered again.

As far as red flags, I think most offer in these forums should be considered a red flag. We have nothing to go on but promises and the track record isn't that awesome. I have no expectations here, whatever happens will happen and I am going to move forward as possible. If nobody is interested today that will probably change as things get moving and since the domains can be shared people can verify what is going on this time.
