So its 140btc on top of 250btc + 59m sys . My bad! So I still dont see a problem. Moolah is less likely to dump, then the manipulating whale. Moolah will probably sell in parts when price hits x5 ...

thats fine, but he isnt less likely to dump than anyone, he brought as an investment. if he brought on dips i guess you could say it was insider trading, as he had control of escrow so he knew the future news. which would be considered highly illegal in trading stocks, but hey.. these arent stocks.

i just find it disturbing that the partnership and the developers own 48% of the current supply + 1500BTC, and investors are down 30% of initial investment. Its just worrying, how did this happen, shouldnt they own like 2% current supply of premine, or 0% since they have 1500btc.

I see your point about the concentrated ownership but I think the incentive it provides to the devs and moolah to build value here outweighs the negative aspects. One thing that the devs and moolah might consider is an escrow period for the SYS they hold as well. This is common when companies go public and insiders can only sell, for example, 1/3 of their holdings each year. It aligns management and shareholder interests and provides investors with certainty that insiders will not sell off their holdings en masse.

I want the devs to get paid for their time and effort, and they deserve to do well if they create value for investors. I just think that a timed approach like this could provide investor confidence beyond the first six months and make sure that everyone's interests are aligned.
