Promoting a coin you're invested in here is quite low, especially since it's off topic. Especially one that is a "countrycoin" which seem to have a great track record around here.

There is no way to see past the fact that devs are inactive. I wouldn't call the octopus dead just yet, Q3 meetings with investors should be coming up shortly

In the meantime if anyone wants to ditch their coins, feel free to send some my way
