Can you (or anyone else) verify with hard evidence that 8 million is REALLY spend? Both companies worked together for some time.... can be companions in crime.... just maked up this huge amount, to furbish their legitimacy...

One private company buys another private company. The only proof you are going to get is their press releases. That is pretty common in business.
