There are plenty of other coins you can buy that are 90% PR and 10% development.
Evan said something from the start like he wanted to make sure the product is 100% and then market it so it has a similar progression to what Bitcoin had, not just hype hype hype.  Hopefully everything gets completed on time, looks like it will so I keep buying.
