Nope he's just a dev who has realized the potential of the Syscoin APIs, is utilizing the tools the team has provided for developers to get started, has rolled up his sleeves and got to work  ! I've talked with him on skype regarding some questions he had, and now he's even issued a pull request to SysMarket github more devs need to be proactive like this, it's a business opportunity!
