I have updated the OP to bring it up to date and to highlight the major questions I have about this whole affair.
Let me know if I missed anything, just don't forget that the subject of this thread is "DOES IT EXIST" (the hashlet/cloud thingy), not "WHY I HATE/LOVE GAW" or "MY FARM IS BIGGER THAN YOURS"
On a side note I feel somewhat disappointed that ZenPool doesn't show the total hashrate anymore. It was fairly cheap geeky entertainment to watch it achieve all those milestones: larger than the largest Scrypt pool, larger than all Scrypt altcoins, more than 25% LTC, etc. I was really looking forward to 51% LTC and a hard evil fork

At their current claimed growth rate they can 51% Ltc in about 2 weeks...
