Working with someone on BTT on a Chinese translation of the OP and Whitepaper.

If they are good and seem to help, it might be worth it to have him translate some more items since a large part of our investor base right now is on BTER and appears to be Chinese.

Looking for ideas on what other docs you think it would be good to translate. Maybe the node installation docs?
