When you get into a thread like this, and you see people with a 1 post count, validate that they got paid, you should think for yourselves. 
I had a bad experience with Technocashier. It took just shy of 3 weeks and I had to put them under some pressure but they did eventually pay me. I would not wish to repeat the experience though.
