Unlike the Russian army, most of those teenagers who were recently drafted in to the Ukrainian army joined it unwillingly. They were threatened with jail sentences if they refuse to serve in the army.
It always seems to be like that. The more civilised countries have far greater difficulty in finding enough nationalist volunteers with more brawn than brain. It's obviously not a problem for Russia though.
