I've decided this coin is NOT a scam. Why?  Because a scam would've been orchestrated much better

I honestly think the dev was a little shocked that more interest wasn't shown in the coin, given its roots.  The thing with scams is that a lot of shady people get in on it, and then they pump and dump it together. In fact, dev seems to have inadvertently crashed the price of the coin, which tells me that he\she\they are inexperienced with forum politics. So I guess it's time to wait and see on InSign and Intelliapp.(4 days till end of month here)

I really hope I'm not wrong. I'm not to concerned if I lose money, but I promoted this coin and really hope that the people who listened to me don't lose money.
