Has anyone had a "pay it forward line" going where it was paid in BTC????

I was listening to a radio show talking about the big pay it forward 380 + people did at a star bucks recently and it got really viral news marketting about it.
I was wondering if anyone ever was in line at a store or business that takes BTC and someone paid it forward for them by using BTC?
I think this would be a really neat thing to have happen. I also wonder what are the implications of this? Is this possible to do or would it be more of a hassle? I assume the places are using 0 confirmations and lets say it happens at a starbucks that takes bitcoin.
