Russia obviously likes using "volunteers" because it allows them to do all the dirty work, such as using banned weapons, but without facing any consequences because it's all unofficial.

point 1 - it is mostly locals of Donbass, Donetsk, etc. that comprise the militia army. It is a minority of russian volunteers.
As far as them using banned weapons, you haven't seen the rebels using white phosphorus or ballistic missiles on civilians, so that is a joke of an argument really.
point 2 - You are delusional to think that Russia would bomb pro-Russian territories. To gain land? WTF? Russia doesn't need the land, in fact they are actively calling for peace in the area.
Meanwhile, Ukraine air force jets continually bomb civilian areas.
point 3 - More anti-Russian delusion. You act like Russia are some big evil bear. When in reality, they have done more to improve the situation than anyone else (by sending in humanitarian aid for example.)
It is the West that wants the land. That's why they funded the original coup with 5 billion dollars. There are Trillions of $ of shale gas in Ukraine - and the West wants it badly. This is an imperialist war of Western aggression.
