I think this would be great to have. Back in March I was discussing this with an outside dev and was willing to offer a bounty for this, unfortunately he ended up backing out of the project. I would still be willing to put up some XCPs to get something like this developed.

I like counterwallet a lot and will continue to use it but I think that a solid windows wallet would appeal to a lot of people who might not otherwise use counterparty.
