Thank you! That's a good list there. Not certain if any of those will quite look, but I'll keep my eye on Eggify.

You should stay out of San Fran unless you only want to be able to defend yourself with harsh language and self-urination.

Don't forget, nudity. That might be enough to turn most people away.
