I just updated the original post to include instructions for vectorizing or digital inking.
I added two requirements:
1. You must commission a draft sketch first and approve it.
2. Since vectorizing or digital inking is a lot more work than a quick sketch, I'm setting the minimum donation at 10 BTC for those. If you can't afford that but need it for a really special reason, we can work something out.
Yes, I'll be using the original sketch as a foundation, but I can make adjustments to it. Let me know what you have in mind.
Does your server have a name? Any kind of theme you want me to go with? Inside jokes? Send over the BTC to get me started on some drafts for you. Once you approve one, you can pay more for a vectorized or digitially inked version if you want.

Try and be creative with it (From the looks of it, you won't have any problem with that,) and make it evident that it has to do with minecraft. Maybe one of your stick figures leaning against a generic dirt block like this one?
