i had connection last night and now i dont have connection though my internet is good... BTW, i removed the rpcallowip and it ran properly without error.. :3 i am using windows xp

Still having the block source error? It's been around 8 hours since the last block was found, if you just wait for a new block to be discovered, your client should sync up nicely
