Decrits as a project is dead in his basement.
Etlase should be hiring 2-3 coders for help and raising funds on some platform for it.  
My friend said that he will establish domains decrits.net and decrits.org
with docs and forums on DCR.
So watch on them. After cool trolling here, he likely will discuss developments there.
