Does the Quazarcoin  delisting indicate insolvency of the coin?

If by insolvency you mean that the coin won't survive, I don't think that we can reach that conclusion. There is technically nothing wrong with Quazarcoin that I can see, other than the fact that the trading volume is low. You see other coins that were abandoned by their developer, or that have been discovered to be scams and have come back. This is a new experience to me because the coins that are delisted are usually flawed in some way. I didn't realized that they would drop even a good coin if the trading volume is too low. It makes sense though, because they make more money with higher trading volumes. The fact that Quazarcoin has just developed--not copied--a new GUI wallet, I would expect it's price to be soaring right now. But as ontopicplease has said, people are selling their coins because they are forced to move them out of the exchange. If they don't want to or are unable to deal with wallets, there is no other option but sell.

I can't even say better! Delisting is not a problem, don't panic.
