The RS deletion isn´t implemented yet.
That in the long run, BBR will *remain* faster than other cryptonote coins.
Sure - its major advantage right now derives from its better choice of block time, the fact that it didn't have an early-stage dust problem, and that its transaction fees weren't as easily exploitable for DoS attacks.
But that advantage will be supported in the long term under increasing transaction volume through ring signature pruning.
