I saw this thread and thought "Oh cool.... I'll give it a try".  I had this half of an LTC (What ELSE ya gunna do with it?) and so sent it to this Zino site, having registered.  It didn't show up.

I looked around the site a little closer and evidently they have this 'minimum deposit' thing of ten bucks.  That seems sort of stupid to me... why have such a thing in place with virtual currency...?  But it's their thing, whatever.  So I wrote them and explained what happened and asked what to do about it.  Never heard back.

Sure, I could deposit some BTC to bring it upto ten dollars (WTF, by the way, with this registering of everything in USD...?  That feels a little greasey to me), but ... ehn, with that sort of level of (failing to) responding to customer questions, heck with it is my attitude.  Sure, you soaked me for a couple bucks, but I don't think I will be back.  So that's all you're gunna get.

Edit: They did, as of today, (Sept 2)  respond and credit the account.  So gripe dismissed.
