The Dagger will release another PDF with even more buzzwords and fancy graphics. And it will contain the date for the next PDF after that, which will announce the release date for yet another PDF.
About the volume: that's normal no buy and no sell --> 0 volume. No one wants to sell now and everybody has their pocket loaded with CLOAK.
So why is the price at the bottom if everybody is all in CLOAK waiting for the next release? Well, actually below the bottom(30k), according to you.

Furthermore, if everybody has their pockets loaded with CLOAK and doesn't want to sell right now in anticipation of the launch on 10/9/2014 ... what happens to the price if the launch gets delayed, canceled or ends in a disaster and people actually DO want to sell?
