If I would have known about this application couple of days ago then I would probably not have written the script.
But as I have written it, then I will keep running it, advantage of the script is that - it will not require a computer to be on 24/7 for the monitoring to work (because the script runs on miner itself) as opposed to the application.

Your effort is still valuable.
Its a pain to have the PC running alongside the miners just to restart them.
if the PC in other areas of the miners, it'll hard to monitor the miners when problems occured
Teamviewer? not a good option..
i think, the best way is, make the script (maybe it'll be the add ons to be added inside the software section of the controller board)
it'll be truly standalone / All-in-One
