They are going to have to grow/sell a lot of marijuana to make 1 CANN = $10. It can be done if they become the biggest dispensary chain in North America. I wouldn't expect to see $10 a coin for another 5 years.
I do not understand why any dispensary would ever sell any cannabis at a 1:1 ratio for CANN unless CannabisCoin gave the dispensary CANNdy for free.
