Dont know, dont care, the link resolves to a raw block[1]. Looks like the genesis block [2]. Its probably just someone spam posting bs. The riddle was solved. I reference a thread by S4VV4S in the pdf under "...or is it?" IIRC, if you go there you will find a length discussion why the riddle is over and another solution makes no sense.
