As requested by so many of you, we are beginning to work on anonymous features by next week.
Great news!

Looking forward to testing it out

What type of anon is going to be implemented? XC have open sourced their old anon mixing feature, which shouldn't take a lot of work to add into the code.
The current plan is through TOR, but we are looking into the XC mixer. I think the research and testing is as important as the implementation with something like this, we don't want to release a feature that doesn't work perfectly.

I agree, no need to rush, get it right, but I will add that no one could find any link between the blockchain transactions when it was used on the XC platform, and several tried, I think there was even a bounty, which no one was able to claim, it's a pretty solid piece of code. Dan metcalf is an awesome coder.
Key coin was the first to use it after it was open sourced, I think it hit 1 million market cap after it was implemented.
I have one more question, are the development team British?
Edit: never mind I just re read the OP, I also see your a fellow Welsh man too.

Yea I've heard good things about it, but never really tested it to the extent I would want to before implementing it on BritCoin.
We're planning on calling it "private send", what you think?
We think since the word anonymous has quite a 'dirty' reputation, and we want BritCoin to be the digital currency for British consumers and business, the word "private" sums up what we're trying to do with it. It will be totally optional, so it gives users and businesses the option to keep their payments private or public.
Also, Welsh and proud.

The whole team is British apart from one, our wonderful designer/dev Christian who's from Norway. We're always looking for people to help out, so let me know if you know anyone.

Private send is a good name, anon does have some bad connotations that come with the name. Anon sounds sketchy and dark lol. This day and age with all the GHCQ and NSA spying who doesn't want "privacy"?
I wish my coding skills were better, I would like to help out, but not sure what I could do? I have some computer skills, or maybe I could just help by spreading the word?
What part of Wales are you from? I'm from Bridgend.
