how about stop its distribution and destroy the remaining coins 
people are selling them like crazy,so they dont want them.

I can send remaining coins to c-cex or any party trusted for destruction. (I am not sure if they accept this but just an idea so i don't have to hard-fork) Our distribution wallets is known in the OP.
