I think those concerns were extensively discussed in the thread, and as a result testnet for RC5 is starting this week it seems like we are on schedule. One of the concerns was enforcement, I run several master nodes and can tell you that payments are nice I wouldn’t stop my master nodes for any reason. I think Evan recognizes everything that needs to be done, I just think is a matter of priorities, what I get from what he is saying is payments are good enough for now so that he prioritizes other areas before going back to enforcement.  The other concerns were with regards to RC4, but that was a release candidate not a final release, and it was a complete rewrite from the previous version, RC5 builds over RC4 so it improves and corrects that is easier than a complete rewrite. I really think that it all boils down to price, some people are impatient about the price, but the project needs to continue moving forward, if we do a good job the price will eventually catch up.  

I think the reason why the price has been shy is although the core functionality of Darksend+ was a success on mainnet, usability was poor,  if you are not a hardcore user you wouldnt bother anonymizing coins on mainnet just yet. RC5 will improve on that and make it easier to know where you are in the mixing process, make it more friendly and easier to understand.  People will start adopting and with some documentation the market will finally accept that it is working properly. If you have been on Darkcoin for a while you know Evan will figure it out and build over what we have so is a great opportunity to buy.
