Shut down implies it isn't coming back. I wouldn't say that. It was actually working 20 minutes ago. It'll be back. But hopefully soon. Just my luck it happens just after I transfer funds into my account there.
It works fine for me but it seems that it's blocking some of the IPs. And by their twitter they are ddos attacked.
