This has been suggested before.
The problem is handling the risk of reversals and properly managing the required security.
It'd be great if someone can take this project.
There's a problem with weselldoges.com, if you calculate the price they offer ($ 0.16664 / 1K Doge) with the current DOGE price on the market ($ 0.13834 / 1K Doge) you get they a skimming 20.45% on the market price for every sell. That's the price of offering non-standard service, which no other altcoin can offer, because PayPal is allergic to the idea that you use them to buy crypto. People running that service are probably switching their PayPal accounts as soon PayPal detects them in what they are doing and closes those accounts, so they have to calculate that enormous fee to compensate for the lost US$ which are left on the closed PayPal accounts. There's no point in developing services which are in clear breach of some business practices and are unsustainable, so CAPT is better of without it.
