To claim your RSUnit you have to fill the following form. Make sure that you provide correctly all the requested information. You have to provide your Bitcointalk username wich you've used for registering for the First Round, your e-mail address provided at the First Round registration, your NXT wallet account ID and the your NXT account Public Key. Please make sure that you provide correct NXT account ID which looks like this NXT-____-_____-_____-______. If you send your request with your numeric ID there will be mentioned on the Final Shareholders List.
