The entire alt-marked is frozen. It won't unfreeze until next BTC pump.
XC will become more than a currency and at that time hopefully will become less affected by BTC price, but for now this is the game.

when is eu and us time? i mean computer "nerds" are up all night so i wouldn't say - people writing at this time are from us and others are from the eu
and i would say 99% of the bitcointalk people are "nerds"
