You can air cool them, though performance will be lower.

Temps were 89C at that point, so there would be room even with that cooler to bump it up a little. I would guess with a bit of an upgraded fan on a Hyper 212 Evo you could probably hit the original Babyjet speed of 400GH/s at around 300-320W at the wall, but I haven't tested that.
Shipping varies by country, PM where you are and I'll look it up. I'd guess about $100 for two, but I'd need to check.
