i think he doesnt release based on Australia time, last one was at 4PM my time,
he release when he feels like releasing. Some things never get released, some little later. But he does not make announcement for CET (central european time).
just like some of them are still waiting for the release of Iran video. Due since 2 weeks already.
just check the releases on twitter, i think this one was a bit later, maybe DNS took time when he changes the redirection, but now its up.
The video is late, obviously, something happened and had to be delayed, in anycase i personally dont care much about it...
