Actually I agree this is a better approach nowadays. Pay a dev to write a coin for you for 1BTC. Spend all your time making fancy graphs, flowcharts, whitepaper. Make it very detailed and lots of information. It doesn't have to make sense. Just make it "look intelligent". Offer 100% ICO up to 250BTC. Crypto community loves this stuff even though they deny it.
