I used to get 5-10 mints a day. Then suddenly none anymore.

I'm using these:
addnode=54.191.247.114
addnode=112.113.96.138:41682
addnode=112.113.96.138:41683
addnode=112.113.96.138:41686

I set these, deleted the blockchain, tried to download all again. But now it won't get past 17%.
Any ideas?
