I've requested to withdraw xcr from bter to my web wallet 5 hours ago and it's stll pendinganyone else having the same issue?
In bter at 'top 10 withdrawal records', under wallet's address I get the message "NOT_ENOUGH_AMOUNT"...

I have "waiting for balance" and "processing" since yesterday. They replied to my ticket with a dev will manually take care of it. That was 16 hours ago.

I'll wait 12 hours more and probably I'll do the same.

Edit: I sent another 100 xcr just to test and now I get the message "Waiting for balance"did they run out of crypti?

All will be good after the blockchain synced.
