Oh wow so is this just another scam?? Good thing I didn't invest any money in this coin. I got 200 coins for free from a Twitter giveaway a few days back when the value was around 2500 sat and I nearly bought some more. So is it confirmed that the dev scammed or could he still show up?
From what I understand, C-CEX hosted the ICO? Aren't they supposed to do a thorough dev check before the ICO
This is gonna give them bad rep, it's not the first time that a dev runs off with BTC from a C-CEX hosted ICO

C-CEX is responsible only for distributing coins. They are not obliged to do anything else.
Crypto is a gamble. You take a risk.
