The fact that this happened shows how utterly confused people are. It's so hard to believe everyone is just throwing their money at something so utterly confusing and convoluted, this ain't gonna end well.
seems to me this happened inbetween 2x 50btc blocks. in this case the buying mask will automatically list the next selling price. But still those people buying at 500% should have double checked.
I did not think for a bifurcated solution only allowing sells after some days
