FACTS

1. GES has no office in HK. The address they claim that is for GES HK is linked to a company called, “Dunn Global”  http://www.dunnglobal.com/Contact.php

Only known address for GES is Unit 1, 8-10 Mary Pde Rydalmere NSW.

2. GESAU is involved in the Uro especially since the “Uro Foundation” was registered in Australia. It’s main business location is NSW 2116, which is the same location for GES AU.

To register an unicorporated entity in Australia they must have a business or address in Australia. If it’s a foreign company then they need to register the company with  the Australian Security Investments Commission (ASIC).

GESHK is not registered with ASIC. So that must mean that GESAU was used as the company to help register the Uro Foundation!
GESAU is certainly involved in Uro, as it always was as there’s no address in HK.

Members of an unincorporated entity are personally liable if anything goes wrong. Since you don't know anything about the other so-called NIER's then you will have to sue Nilesh Nair and Bohan Huang.

7.GES is not a multi-international company with multi-million dollar contracts otherwise they’d be hosting the event in HK. Why are people expected to pay for ALL costs involved in this so-called meeting?

8. GES has used its loyal supporters to do all the work for them, from designing logos to manipulating information.

10. The fact that a “gmail” account is used shows that it allows GESAU to send and reply to emails without you know it came from Australia.
