I think people that download/buy these games will likely play for more then 20 hours, they can also buy a CD version of the game and not have to download.

since 10 years ?all actual product requiert AT LEAST a steam system ... and a 500Mb update file to run the game.
the last FPS need to download a 4,3Gb update file to run.
you can't run a game with the bench of DVD provided ...
