The "Uro Foundation" was registered in AU, so does that mean GES AU are a part of Uro as you need to have a company address in AU to register an unincorporated entity, which is not a charity as stated on http://uro.io/ that, "The Uro Foundation is the non-profit volunteer organization..."

Who is doing the volunteering?  The supporters on this forum seem to be working for a so-called multi-international company with multi-million dollar contracts for nothing so GES can profit.
