hmm well I uploaded it to this site http://exifdata.com/exif.php , and http://metapicz.com/#landing and both sites gave me that date when i uploaded them .
That's the date the ICC profile was created by Apple.

It's something about the way the monitor displays the colours. Nothing about when the image was created.
