There are no "outstanding" talkcoins, it's public info where they have gone, and in fact it has already been mentioned before. I'm mostly just collating things. The report is ready to view but I'm waiting to talk to the dev before posting it. You will be surprised when you see the report and then look at what is going on. In fact you will be totally perplexed, and hopefully angry like we are.
