My main sources of information are Russian and "Western" media. I use my Kiev sources to verify claims, and I know how to read Russian propaganda "between the lines." It's also easy to read a Russian report about something, see photos from, say, Poland that show that this report is untrue, and figure out that most likely everything is the Russian report is not happening.

there are plenty of ukrainian media reports that pick up things that are mentioned in russian media sources and then "prooves it wrong" so to speak. did it ever occur to you that there is a very strong fifth column in russia right now which is hard at work trying to discredit current government? russia still didnt go through 37-38, remember? did it ever occur to you that not everything is controlled by all-seeing czar putin? could that be possible for fifth column in russia to operate in tandem with its masters and make these false reports that are mostly ignored in russia but are heavily propped up in ukraine as "total proof of putin lies and russians being slave zombies"! really? so ask yourself - who is being fooled and manipulated here? if these practices go on for several years then it really takes a toll on general population of ukraine getting to know that russians are "fine with that bs". well guess what - russians utterly dont care! russians are not as politicaly insane as ukrainians were made to be! wake up! im not having a go at you - im just viewing you as a victim of propoganda. ukraine always had russian tv channels aired, ever wondered why as soon as coup took place they got switched off?

and dont get me started on ukrainian media. this ukrainian guy here debunks it on daily basis:
