The $1 mark was a Fontase pump n' dump if I remember right, and then Scharmbeck sent it down the toilet unfortunately.
However, the new Committee is plugging away quietly on different things, making sure that the infrastructure is there first, rather than making sweeping promises.
I got into WDC after it took a tumble, as I think it's got the chance to do pretty well with the team working on it now. I'd say getting back to the $1 mark without manipulation is definitely possible in the future.
