Why at bter are so many buy orders? Are sold the token also to buy orders, or is it only people who resell their token cheaper?

It's basically people putting up buy orders in the hopes people will sell into their buy orders. just normal people hoping to get it for a cheaper price , from people who have changed their mind, or think they have seen a better chance of profit in another coin
