If anyone is going to starve, it is going to be the Egyptians who depend a lot on the Russian wheat. It is true that Russia imports a lot of fruits, vegetables, dairy.etc. But these products are produced not just in the US / EU. They are also produced in countries such as Brazil and Argentina as well.
The major part of imported dairy products (milk, cottage cheese, sour cream) comes from Belorussia (the closest trade partner and ally of Russia) and which is considered by the EU/US as being even more "evil" than Russia.
